Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation when handling metadata in EPUB, OPF and PDF files. A remote attacker can trick the victim into uploading a specially crafted file and execute arbitrary Python code on the system.
