Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass direct message recipient limits.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in direct message creation when handling requests to create a direct message. A remote user can submit a request that bypasses the configured user limit to bypass direct message recipient limits.
