Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authorization.

The vulnerability exists due to improper authorization in SlaveComputer.java. A remote attacker with Overall/Read permission can bypass authorization to initiate agent launches, and abort in-progress agent launches.
