Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption in Cisco IOS XE Software when handling requests. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request to the system and perform a denial of service attack.
The issue affects Cisco IOS XE Software running in autonomous or controller mode.
