Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary script code in the victim's browser.

The vulnerability exists due to prototype pollution in searchParamsToObject() in the frontend Map page when processing URL parameters. A remote user can inject malicious HTML into the Zabbix UI to execute arbitrary script code in the victim's browser.

The issue results in stored cross-site scripting and requires user interaction.
