Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject arbitrary Camel headers.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in Sns2HeaderFilterStrategy when processing inbound SNS message attributes. A remote attacker can send specially crafted message attributes to inject arbitrary Camel headers.

No known exploit path is described because camel-aws2-sns is producer-only and does not map externally supplied SNS message attributes inbound into a Camel Exchange.
