Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote user to delete dashboard snapshots belonging to other organizations and recover a snapshot's secret delete key.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in dashboard snapshots when handling snapshot deletion and key access across organizations on the same Grafana instance. A remote user can use a public share key and organization administrator permissions to delete snapshots from other organizations and recover the secret delete key.

The issue affects cross-organization access on the same Grafana instance.
