Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper initialization in the hdma clock configuration in drivers/clk/spacemit/ccu-k3.c when accessing the internal TCM path of the X100 RISC-V core. A remote attacker can trigger a page fault through vector instruction access to cause a denial of service.

The issue can cause the Linux system to hang.
