Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to cause memory corruption.

The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds heap write in the SELinux security_get_permissions() function when loading a crafted SELinux policy. A local privileged user can load a policy containing a class whose permission count is lower than that of its inherited common to cause memory corruption.
