Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows an attacker with physical access to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper validation of a device-reported length in fdp_nci_i2c_read() when processing a packet with an oversized declared length. An attacker with physical access can provide a packet with an oversized declared length to cause a denial of service.
