Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause the target system to crash.
The vulnerability exists due to.ICMP processing bug. A remote unauthenticated attacker can cause the target device to crash by sending a specially crafted ICMP packet to the target interface.
Systems configured with a GRE or IPIP tunnel are affected.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in denial of service.
