Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected module does not properly validate TLS certificates when making outbound HTTPS requests. A remote attacker can impersonate a trusted remote service and influence communications performed by the module.
