Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure default behavior when accepting P2P connections from clients outside of the "My Contacts" list . A remote attacker can obtain public and private IP addresses of Telegram users.
