Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds read in smc_llc_rmt_delete_rkey() when processing SMC-Rv2 delete-rkey messages. A remote attacker can send an SMC-Rv2 delete-rkey message with an excessive rkey count to cause a denial of service.
