Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in nfsd4_revoke_export_states() when revoking export states concurrently with client expiry. A remote attacker can trigger the race condition to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The race occurs when an administrator removes an export.
