The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper cleanup of an uninitialized fence in the Ethos-U job handling code when handling job submissions that encounter an error before fence initialization. A local user can submit a job that triggers an error before the completion fence is initialized to cause a denial of service.
