Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free in the TI VPE VIP stream teardown paths when handling FIFO overflow recovery and list-complete interrupts during stream teardown. A local user can trigger a FIFO overflow while a video stream is being torn down to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
