Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to a null pointer dereference in pqm_debugfs_mqds when reading /sys/kernel/debug/kfd/mqds while a process holds an active KFD queue. A local user can read the vulnerable debugfs interface to cause a denial of service.
