Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of certain RADIUS requests in the RADIUS feature of Cisco Identity Services Engine when processing RADIUS requests. A remote attacker can send a crafted RADIUS request directly to an affected device to cause a denial of service.

RADIUS services are enabled by default.
