Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in dax_holder_notify_failure() when fs_put_dax() concurrently clears holder_ops. A local user can trigger the race to dereference a null holder_ops pointer.
