Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to trigger a control-flow integrity violation.

The vulnerability exists due to an incompatible function pointer type in BPF task work callback handling when invoking BPF subprogram callbacks. A local user can schedule a BPF task work callback to trigger a control-flow integrity violation.
