Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper resource cleanup in the MediaTek PLL frequency-hopping clock driver when failing to register a PLL. A local user can trigger a failed PLL registration to cause a denial of service.
