The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a null pointer dereference in the brcmfmac P2P action frame handling code when processing action-frame operations without a P2P device virtual interface. A local user can send non-P2P public action frames through the primary interface to cause a denial of service.
