The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause Chrome DevTools to access an externally controlled resource.
The vulnerability exists due to an externally controlled reference in DevTools when processing externally supplied references. A remote attacker can provide an externally controlled reference to cause Chrome DevTools to access an externally controlled resource.
