Use-after-free in Linux kernel - CVE-2026-93277
Published: September 25, 2026
Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to trigger a use-after-free condition.
The vulnerability exists due to improper validation of udata before resource teardown in the bnxt_re RDMA driver destroy callbacks when processing destroy operations with userspace udata. A local user can invoke a destroy operation for which userspace udata access fails to trigger a use-after-free condition.
