Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to trigger a kernel warning.

The vulnerability exists due to improper initialization in scheduler isolation housekeeping cpumask memory handling when booting the kernel with the "nohz_full" parameter. A local privileged user can boot a kernel configured with the "nohz_full" parameter to trigger a kernel warning.
