Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a double release of an interrupt reference in the AMDGPU RAS cleanup logic when suspending the system and unloading the driver without resuming. A local user can trigger the suspend-then-unload sequence to cause a denial of service.
The issue affects the cp_ecc_error_irq cleanup path for GFX v9.
