The vulnerability allows a remote user to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.
The vulnerability exists due to the affected module does not sufficiently enforce these access restrictions across all supported authentication mechanisms. A remote blocked administrator can still be able to authenticate through certain alternative authentication methods.
