Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to allocation of resources without limits in ipv6_flowlabel_get() when repeatedly requesting a shareable IPv6 flow label. A local user can submit repeated GET requests for the same shareable IPv6 flow label to cause a denial of service.
