Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a resource leak.

The vulnerability exists due to improper release of a kernel mapping in afs_dir_search_bucket() when handling the error path during an AFS directory bucket search. A local user can trigger the error path during a directory bucket search to cause a resource leak.
