Description
The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data within OAuth ear. The vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.
Remediation
· Upgrade to minimal fix pack levels as required by interim fix and then apply Interim Fix PH01753

For V8.5.0.0 through 8.5.5.14:
· Upgrade to minimal fix pack levels as required by interim fix and then apply Interim Fix PH01753

For V8.0.0.0 through 8.0.0.15:
· Upgrade to a minimal fix pack levels as required by interim fix and then apply Interim Fix PH01753
