Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to allocation of resources without limits or throttling in QUIC connection-level stream flow control when receiving data across multiple streams. A remote attacker can send stream frames that remain within per-stream limits to cause a denial of service.
Exploitation requires opening several streams and omitting zero-offset bytes on each stream.
