Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper restriction of operations within the bounds of a memory buffer in SAML authentication functionality when processing SAML authentication data. A remote attacker can trigger the memory overflow to cause a denial of service.

The affected appliance must be configured as a SAML service provider or SAML identity provider.
