The vulnerability allows a remote user to reach internal network resources through server-side request forgery.
The vulnerability exists due to a time-of-check to time-of-use race condition in repository import URL validation when processing repository import operations. A remote user can exploit the URL validation race during repository import to reach internal network resources through server-side request forgery.
