Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in Windows Certificates when the component is used locally. A local user can win a race condition to escalate privileges.
The affected privilege boundary is from Low Integrity Level in a sandboxed execution environment to Medium Integrity Level.
