Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to disclose file path information.
The vulnerability exists due to improper link resolution before file access in Windows AppX Deployment Service when accessing files locally. A local user can exploit link following to disclose file path information.
Successful exploitation requires winning a race condition.
