Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service against a .NET web application.
The vulnerability exists due to asymmetric resource consumption in Microsoft Common Object Runtime Library when handling web requests. A remote attacker can issue specially crafted requests to a .NET web application to cause a denial of service.
