Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to disclose heap memory from a privileged process running on the server.

The vulnerability exists due to a buffer over-read in Windows StateRepository API when accessing the API locally. A local user can trigger the buffer over-read to disclose heap memory from a privileged process running on the server.
