The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges to SYSTEM.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in Windows Cloud Files Mini Filter Driver when a specific operation triggers a memory allocation failure. A local user can trigger this operation locally to escalate privileges to SYSTEM.
