The vulnerability allows a local user to potentially disrupt intended application behavior through improper state handling.
The vulnerability exists due to improper state management in Photos Storage when interacting with a local application. A local user can use a local application to exercise affected state-handling behavior, potentially causing the component to behave unexpectedly.
