Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper restriction of memory operations to buffer boundaries in dyld when accessing memory buffers. A local user can trigger out-of-bounds memory access to escalate privileges on the system.
