Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local unauthenticated attacker to obtain potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to information exposure. A local unauthenticated attacker can obtain the CA Private Key due to it being world readable in boot/master node.


How to mitigate CVE-2018-1841

Update to version 3.1.0 or later.
