Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow in the general_composite_rect() function. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trick the victim into opening a specially crafted input, trigger memory corruption and cause an application using pixman to crash or, potentially, execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
