Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists due to segfault when using SoapClient with null options. A remote attacker can trigger segmentation fault and cause the service to crash.

Remediation

Update to version 7.3.1.
