Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in check_snmp function when processing snmpget responses. A remote attacker can send  a specially crafted SNMP response to the affected plugin and crash the application.
