Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect processing of established TCP connections to a configured DNS port. A remote attacker can create an unlimited number of TCP connections to DNS port without closing them and perform a Slowloris style Denial of Service attack.
