Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error in sound/usb/line6/pcm.c driver. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack using a malicious USB device.
