Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to incomplete list of disallowed inputs for the sudo noexec restriction if application run via sudo executed wordexp() C library function with a user supplied argument. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
