The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to manipulate data.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Call Phone Number Page component in Oracle One-to-One Fulfillment. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to manipulate data.
