Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper privilege management in LenovoBatteryGaugePackage for Lenovo System Interface Foundation component for Lenovo Vantage. A local user can execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated privileges.
